This allows us to provide very competitive pricing, special products and services, and to continue to provide the excellent customer service that our business was built upon.

Artwork: We have artwork services available that can create and/or edit your artwork if needed. This service is billed at an hourly rate, based on the task. Artwork Specifications - Camera Ready artwork means, black and white laser printed artwork of 1200 dpi or higher. We require the camera ready artwork to be in EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) for PC. Please convert all text to outlines when possible.
Pre-Production Proofs: We can produce an actual proof of your item with your art prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charges and can add time to the overall order process.
Returns: After the proof for the artwork to be decorated is approved and returned, it will be sent to production for decoration (imprinting, screen printing, embroidery, etc). After the product has been imprinted on (according to the faxed proof approval) there are no product returns accepted. 2005 Promotional Products Sales Top Record at $18 Billion

(PPAI), estimated sales of promotional products in 2005 increased 4.06% to $18.01 billion, the largest sales figure in the history of the industry. At more than $18 billion, promotional products sales have surpassed local radio advertising ($15.6 billion), Internet advertising ($12.5 billion), Yellow Pages advertising ($15.9 billion) and outdoor advertising ($6.3 billion).
A little bit about... Cyndy Toupin - President Cyndy grew up in Seattle and graduated from Western Washington University. She double majored, receiving a Bachelors degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, and a Bachelors degree in Communications. Her love for animals is the inspiration for the name Pawprint Promotions and for her volunteer work in animal shelters. It is also a large reason why Pawprint Promotions works with several local animal adoption agencies. Rodney Toupin - Vice President Rodney grew up in Tacoma, served in the U.S. Air Force, and graduated from the University of Washington. Rodney and Cyndy were married in 2001, and live in Bothell with their son Hayden and their two cats.
